Cappadocia Winery

The Cappadocia winery has been in service since August 2003 and has a storage capacity of 4 million liters. It is set in the middle of a 180 hectare vineyard. (Château-style production)

The facility uses stainless steel vats, French oak barrels and a gravity system that does not utilize pumps.
