Yakut, the most favorite red wine of Turkey, is produced from Öküzgözü, Boğazkere, Alicante and Carignan grapes carefully selected from the best vineyards of Eastern Anatolia and Aegean Region. The best vinification method is applied to the grapes in order to reveal their characters. Yakut has strong ripe tannins and a full body on the palate.
It is best when served at 16 -18° C and matches perfectly with pizza alla Turca, cold red meat plates, deli meat, lasagna alla Bolognese and pastas
