The wine reveals the balance of the strength and full body of Cabernet Sauvignon with the velvety softness and richness of Merlot and it is a round and full bodied wine with long lasting spice notes. It has potential to age due to its structure and complex flavours.
It is best served at 16-18° C and perfectly matches with t-bone steak, mushroom sauced sirloin steak, grilled reat meat balls, entrecote, lamb dishes, red meat casseroles.
